[ARCHIVED] Planning Commission Vacancy

The Wayne Planning Commission, which consists of nine members, has an opening for one member. Anyone living within the city's zoning jurisdiction (roughly two-mile radius around Wayne) is eligible to serve. The unexpired term would end June 30, 2014.

The Planning Commission meets on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 306 Pearl Street. The commission evaluates information from staff and listens to public testimony before making recommendations to guide City Council action regarding land use. If you are interested in serving on this commission, please contact Mayor Ken Chamberlain at (402) 375-1733 or by email.

No person of the City of Wayne shall, on the ground of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.
