The Mayor and City Council of the City of Wayne will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 30, 2012 in the council chambers at 306 Pearl Street for the purpose of starting the 2012-2013 budget process.
No person of the City of Wayne shall, on the ground of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.
