[ARCHIVED] Brick Paver Sale

On September 7th and 8th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the City of Wayne will be selling old Main Street paver bricks to the public.

1. These paver bricks are in unsorted piles mixed with broken brick located north of Pacific Coast Feather Company at 1810 Industrial Road in Wayne.

2. A city employee will be present on both dates to spread the unsorted piles out as needed to make the sorting easier and to accept payment for the brick pavers.

3. Brick pavers must be paid for in cash or check on site or the pavers cannot be removed.

4. The bricks will be sold for $0.25 per whole brick.

5. There are a lot of broken bricks and there is no charge for those.

6. The bricks will be sold on a first come, first serve basis, with public access beginning at 5:00 p.m. on September 7th.

7. There is no limit per person.

8. After these sale dates, the remaining brick piles will be ground up and used in sub-grade preparation for paving projects.
