Posted on: March 3, 2021[ARCHIVED] Mask Mandate Lifted - March 3, 2021
The Wayne City Council, at their March 2, 2020 meeting, voted to lift the community-wide mask mandate, effective immediately. The Council still encourages that masks be worn throughout the community.
Business owners may still require masks to be worn on their premises and the City of Wayne will still require masks to be worn in our public facilities, including City Hall, the Community Activity Center, Wayne Public Library and Wayne Senior Center.
