The Problem Resolution Team was established by the Wayne City Council with the goal of dealing with nuisances, blighted and substandard properties, housing code violations, health and sanitation matters, and other concerns where a multi-disciplined approach to a solution would be beneficial within the municipality or its zoning jurisdiction.
